The Virtual Router component within VSX is responsible for interconnecting networks at Layer 3.

VSLS allows Virtual Systems to be balanced across multiple cluster members. This maximizes hardware usage and provides scalability by spreading workloads rather than forcing all traffic through a single node.

Bonding interfaces in VSX offers redundancy and load balancing by aggregating multiple physical interfaces into one logical interface. This improves both fault tolerance and bandwidth in high- throughput deployments.

The VSX Provisioning Tool applies changes in a transactional model, ensuring that all object modifications succeed or none are committed. This atomic behavior avoids configuration drift and inconsistent states across components.
