The project manager should clarify the relevance of reviewing the documentation on the intranet and explain how OPAs can help the team member perform their tasks and contribute to the project success. Creating a training schedule, escalating the inquiry, or asking a senior team member to help are not the best options, as they do not address the root cause of the inquiry, which is the lack of understanding of the value of OPAs.
